Organized by the African Petroleum Producers Association (APPA), the Ministry of Petroleum, Energy and Hydraulic Resources, the Republic of Gabon and AME Trade Ltd, UK., The 5th African Petroleum Congress and Exhibition (CAPE V) took place in Libreville on March 26-28, 2013, and was the Africa?s most important Oil and Gas event of the year - the event gathered a record number of delegates.
His Excellency Mr. Raymond Ndong Sima, the Gabonese Prime Minister hosted the opening ceremony: welcomed by Mr. François Perrodo, Chairman, JM Jacoulot, CEO, Eric Faillenet, Africa Manager and Denis Chatelan Subsidiary General Manager, the Prime Minister congratulated the Company for its remarkable in country achievements and outstanding presence at the forum.
