Perenco Gabon exploration campaign restart

The spud of NKO-1 well occurred August 29th 2011, following a complex rig move, from previous B?Oba location, in the Fernan Vaz lagoon.

Due to shallow water in the dry season, Rig Nabors BR301 was moved on the Ogooue River, then reached ocean to Port Gentil and eventually passed through a final Northern channel down to the current location - requiring specific dredging works.

Geoscience London in collaboration with the Gabonese Subsidiary teams optimized final surface coordinates with these constraints, allowing to explore the expected reservoir targets with a slightly deviated well profile.

Target is NTO, Azile and Cap Lopez reservoirs with a planned TD of about 2700mMD.

Rig is currently preparing 17-1/2?? section drilling after having completed 20?? top casing cementing job.
